About the role

  • The position is client-facing and emphasizes construction administration, quality assurance, and risk management rather than self-performed construction.
  • Prepare for and administer construction meetings, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate permitting activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Management (Prime & Subcontractor Roles) Lead project execution for CSNW in both Prime Contractor and Subcontractor capacities.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules.
  • Manage and track RFIs, change orders, and submittals to ensure timely resolution and project continuity.
  • Partner with CSNW Admin to oversee prevailing wage compliance tracking and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and maintain cost control throughout execution.
  • Manage project expectations and proactively communicate risks and solutions.
  • Optimize and manage CSNW staff utilization across assigned projects.
  • Maintain strong coordination with contracting teams when CSNW is serving as a subcontractor.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with prime contractors and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor partners.

Requirements

  • Regular site visits required
  • Ability to Lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodations.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience, preferably for municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution - or equivalent industry experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (Design-Build, CM/GC, Progressive Design-Build, etc.).
  • Previous background in electrical systems, industrial controls, automation, or systems integration preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Experience working on public works projects and prevailing wage compliance.

Compensation

  • CSNW has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees' contributions throughout their career with the company.
  • Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $55.00-$75.00/hour based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position.
  • CSNW values our employees' work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.
  • This position is eligible for CSNW's performance bonus, which is equivalent to one month's pay.
