As the Software Team Lead for Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) at Mujin, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership and management support to a focused R &D team developing innovative software solutions.
You will develop cutting-edge robotics technology, including the design, development, testing, and implementation of execution and scheduling algorithms that run on multiple robots in real-time and perform order fulfillment.
You will build, test, and deploy your work in simulation and in the real world on the world's most advanced hardware.

Bachelor's in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
7+ years of professional experience in software-driven product development for industrial automation, robotics, or similar industry.
3+ years of team leadership and management experience, along with advance d programming skills in C++ and Python.
Expertise in distributed systems, orchestration logic, and real-time execution monitoring.
Experience integrating complex technology involving electromechanical devices and software ecosystems.

Master's or PhD in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
10+ years of professional experience in software-driven product development for industrial automation, robotics, or similar industry.
5+ years of team leadership and management experience.
Background in warehouse execution systems or solving large-scale scheduling problems.
Experience with real-time systems.
