About the role
- Within the Office of the General Counsel will be responsible to provide legal and commercial counsel for a line of business and/or staff group.
- Provides recommendations on partnership, contract, etc.
Responsibilities
- This position will serve as primary legal support for a line of business and/or staff group and its respective senior management teams.
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Requirements
- Demonstrate subject matter level proficiency in substantive practice areas
Skills
- Juris Doctorate degree and a current State Bar License to practice law
- Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates ability to be a decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of the job duties

Compensation

- As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.
- $105,000.00 - $165,375.00
