Responsibilities
- Discovery-Led Solution Design
- Lead in-depth discovery with technical, operational, and clinical leaders - and arrive with a point of view on what needs to be proven before the room even fills.
- Own structured discovery as a strategic discipline. Surface the clinical, operational, and financial drivers behind stated needs, then build a deal thesis that maps Elation's platform, services, and partner ecosystem directly to those outcomes.
- Translate discovery into tailored demos & demo narratives that map customer workflows, pain points, and business goals to Elation's differentiated value. Know what each session needs to accomplish and build toward it.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations built around this customer's world - their workflows, their pain, their goals - with mastery of both product and prospect context.
- Build the intelligence brief before demos begin - Translate that intelligence into a written win thesis: what the customer must believe, what Elation must prove, and how the demo and commercial sequence builds toward a decision.
- Manage the full solutions workstream for $100K-$250K+ pursuits - coordinating internal preparation, tracking open items, and keeping deal momentum moving across multi-session, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Build deep enough product fluency to address clinical and workflow questions with confidence, knowing when to bring in additional expertise.

Requirements
- Commercial acumen: you understand how deals are built and closed, and you can tie product capabilities to financial impact.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication: you can take messy discovery notes and turn them into a narrative that makes a 200-provider group feel like Elation was built for them.
- Elation is ahead of the market on A and has proven it can close complex, multi-stakeholder deals at scale.
- The Enterprise Solutions Consultant joins a small, high-conviction team with direct access to the commercial leadership, product, and clinical expertise needed to win.
- Product Expertise
- 5+ years in a solutions, pre-sales, or consulting role with healthcare experience.. You're at the cusp of Engagement Manager or equivalent - you've developed a deep skillset, managed senior client relationships, and you're ready to step into a role where you drive business outcomes directly.
- Healthcare domain expertise: credible fluency in modern care delivery models, Value-Based Care, and physician and clinic workflows within a technology environment. Healthcare services and care delivery experience is what grounds this role - think health systems, medical groups, and value-based care organizations.
- Commercial acumen: you understand how deals are built and closed, and you can tie product capabilities to financial impact. You've supported or contributed to sales motions and understand what moves a deal forward.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication: you can take messy discovery notes and turn them into a narrative that makes a 200-provider group feel like Elation was built for them. Clear, persuasive, and equally comfortable with frontline clinical staff and the C-suite.
- Highly organized and self-directed: capable of owning complex processes like RFPs, managing multiple pursuits simultaneously, and operating with high accountability in a fast-moving environment.
- Product curiosity and technical aptitude: genuine interest in how the platform works and why it solves real customer problems. Able to address product questions and guide customers toward best practices.
- This role sits at the center of a deliberate growth bet. Elation is ahead of the market on A and has proven it can close complex, multi-stakeholder deals at scale. The Enterprise Solutions Consultant joins a small, high-conviction team with direct access to the commercial leadership, product, and clinical expertise needed to win. Success here means closing marquee logos, shaping how prospects define their own decision criteria, and building the proof points that make the next enterprise sale faster.
Compensation
- $110,000-$135,000 + variable
- Elation also complies with all applicable national, state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment as well as work authorization and employment eligibility verification requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act and IRCA.
