Weber Shandwick seeks an Account Director to drive strategy, develop culturally relevant campaigns, mentor talent and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Serve as a leader within the West Coast brand practice, leading consumer-facing brand building efforts, building strategy, overseeing and executing programing with the support of your teams.
Mentor and manage high-performing teams; develop mid-and junior-level talent, fostering respect and collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated work
Deliver strategic, engaging, and persuasive presentations to articulate ideas to clients, colleagues, and others effectively

8+ years of relevant work experience
agency experience in the consumer PR category is a requirement
Proven experience running day-to-day client service and project management of large, multi-channel brands with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Strong experience across earned/traditional and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Spanish speaker required
Experience engaging with, managing relationships, and presenting to mid- to senior-level clients
Outstanding judgment when working with diverse media outlets, team members, client contacts, and vendors
