- Your goal is to shift the customer conversation from individual products to a holistic, long‑term partnership by clearly articulating the combined clinical, economic, and operational value of LivaNova solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product marketing teams to align product‑specific strategies with overarching portfolio narratives, ensuring consistency without sacrificing depth or differentiation.
- Support strategic account and IDN engagements by enabling cross‑product discussions and longer‑term planning conversations that extend beyond single purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and emerging thought leaders to influence strategy and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Develop and lead portfolio‑level marketing strategy and brand management that unites LivaNova's cardiopulmonary products into a clear, differentiated value proposition for hospital customers.
- Create customer‑facing portfolio tools and content (e.g., value decks, economic narratives, playbooks) tailored to clinical, economic, and executive hospital stakeholders.
- Lead development of economic and outcomes‑based storytelling, including total cost of ownership, utilization efficiency, workflow impact, and long‑term value.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, aligning product marketing, sales, communication, and service teams.
- Experience translating complex concepts-such as total cost of ownership, service life, and long‑term value-into clear, compelling narratives.
- Ability to travel regularly domestically (~25-30%) and internationally (1-2 times/year).
- Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
Skills
- Knowledge of US healthcare and purchasing infrastructure, including GPOs and IDNs
- Demonstrated success in healthcare industry sales, marketing, or education, preferably within Medical Device or Technology
- Work within LivaNova Ethics and Integrity framework and all industry guidelines to ensure all activities are compliant
- Strong analytical and financial skills to organize complex information into clear frameworks and business cases.
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $125,000 - $170,000 + discretionary annual bonus.
- Pay ranges may vary by location.
- In the absence of a signed Recruitment Services Agreement, we will not consider, or agree to, payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee.
Benefits
- Define and maintain integrated portfolio value propositions and core messaging that translate individual product benefits into a compelling system‑level story.
Company info
- LivaNova values equality and diversity.
- We are committed to ensuring that our recruitment process is fair, transparent and free from unlawful discrimination.
- Our selection process is driven by the key demands/requirements for the role rather than bias or discrimination on the basis of a candidate's sex, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, non-job-related disability/handicap or medical condition, family status, sexual orientation, religion, color, ethnicity, race or any other legally protected classification.
- Rather than owning a single product, this role connects strategies, messaging, and tactics across the portfolio to help hospital customers understand how working with LivaNova brings meaningful value.
