About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers
- Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed
- As a Virtual Recruiter, you'll help drive our hiring efforts through candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers to support our continued growth.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year recruiting experience (required)
- Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
- Base Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 (annually) + commission
