Responsibilities
- Manage project changes including updates to dates, active contracts, and other project parameters
- Perform general ledger entries and customer reconciliations
- As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll manage the full billing and project setup lifecycle for Innovative Solutions - from invoice preparation and daily collection calls to project setup in Sage Intacct and Datto.
- You'll own the day-to-day AR operations across billing, reporting, and reconciliations, while supporting revenue and month-end close functions.

- Experience with Accounts Receivable required

- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, spreadsheets, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, etc.)
- Associate's degree in accounting or a similar field
Compensation
- $60k-$65k
