- This role will be responsible for tracking manufacturing cost, efficiency, yield, and capacity analysis.
- Establish and monitor critical KPIs-including cost, yield, throughput, and capacity.
Responsibilities
- Support production programs by ensuring products moves efficiently through the factory.
- Review and disposition non-conforming material Partner closely with manufacturing and process engineering teams to ensure developing processes meet customer program requirements and align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Quality to ensure all processes and project activities adhere to regulatory, customer, and internal compliance requirements.

- Job Purpose The Product Operations Engineer will own the method of manufacturing for a product family.
- They will define internal processes and controls based on customer requirements and lead resolutions on the daily technical issues.
- They will provide support to the operations team and ensure work is defined and processes have been refined for sustained production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Experience developing and tracking KPIs (cost, yield, throughput, quality, capacity) to support program success.

Compensation
- VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package.
- The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000 to $95,000.
