About the role

Responsibilities

  • To assist or perform repairs and maintenance of equipment and the physical structure of hotel; in a safe, efficient and professional manner, as assigned by the Director of Engineering or Assistant of Director of Engineering.
  • Repairs, maintains and inspects plumbing, physical structure, electrical wiring and fixtures, machinery, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, spa, kitchen and laundry equipment, in accordance with blueprints, manuals, and building codes, using hand and power tools, carpenter, electrician, and plumbing tools
  • Replaces drives belts and filters on machines and equipment
  • Replaces light bulbs throughout the building
