About the role

- Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage gaps, policy structures, and strategic insurance decisions.
- Oversee onboarding of new accounts, including collection and analysis of underwriting data. - Troubleshoot complex client issues, working with underwriters and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex client issues, working with underwriters and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently. Manage endorsements, claims inquiries, audits, and other service items with high attention to detail.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain comprehensive, accurate client records and document all servicing activities.
- Mentor or support more junior account team members as needed.
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships.
Nice to have
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce or comparable agency management systems.
- Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (L&H) required.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Experience with Self Funding
