Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team and coordinate HR actions, training, and professional development activities.
- Manage site budget including labor, ODCs, facilities, vehicles, procurement approvals, and cost tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and program leadership to ensure training materials and processes reflect current system capabilities.
- Support surge requirements including non-home-site exercises, system briefs, marketing events, and warehouse operations.
- The Lead Logistics Analyst supports overall site logistics performance and execution for U.S. Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System (MCTIS) operations.

Requirements
- Experience leading teams of 30+ personnel.
- Experience with Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) or training systems.
- Experience in budget management, logistics, fleet operations, and supply‑chain oversight.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and passport, with ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in austere environments.
- Typically holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline with 15+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 13+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of U.S. Marine Corps Combined Arms Combined Arms tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience briefing senior-level audiences.
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience communicating with senior military leaders and translating tactical realities into strategic recommendations.
- PMP certification, formal leadership training, or equivalent professional development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or defense contracting environments.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Citizenship Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

Compensation
- Range: $121,900 - $158,500
- The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
