Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team and coordinate HR actions, training, and professional development activities.
Manage site budget including labor, ODCs, facilities, vehicles, procurement approvals, and cost tracking.
Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and program leadership to ensure training materials and processes reflect current system capabilities.
Support surge requirements including non-home-site exercises, system briefs, marketing events, and warehouse operations.
The Lead Logistics Analyst supports overall site logistics performance and execution for U.S. Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System (MCTIS) operations.

Experience leading teams of 30+ personnel.
Experience with Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) or training systems.
Experience in budget management, logistics, fleet operations, and supply‑chain oversight.
Valid U.S. driver's license and passport, with ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in austere environments.
Typically holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline with 15+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 13+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding of U.S. Marine Corps Combined Arms Combined Arms tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience briefing senior-level audiences.
Currently hold, or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Experience communicating with senior military leaders and translating tactical realities into strategic recommendations.
PMP certification, formal leadership training, or equivalent professional development.
Familiarity with ERP systems or defense contracting environments.
Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
