About the role

This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Pursuant to applicable state and municipal Fair Chance Laws and Ordinances, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Prepare lateral partner draw schedules for distribution during the offer letter process.
Obtain and create the necessary schedules and documents in association with a partner's withdrawal from the partnership.
Prepare, on a quarterly basis, all partner preferred distributions due to partners.

General knowledge of partnership accounting principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw sound conclusions.
Minimum of one year of accounting, finance, or related professional experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees, partners, clients, and vendors.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance from an accredited college or university.

Monitor and track partner contributed capital on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
Utilize Alteryx application to create, generate and distribute all annual partner draw schedules with estimated retirement plan contributions, taxes and final allocation payments.
Assist with the compilation of the annual year end partner allocation package delivered directly to partners.
Participate in the annual Firm audit with respect to providing account reconciliations along with substantive supporting documentation.

Reconcile partner draw accounts, partner payments, preferred distributions, contributed capital, and other partner equity accounts on a monthly basis.
Utilize Alteryx application to create, generate and distribute all annual partner draw schedules with estimated retirement plan contributions, taxes and final allocation payments.
