Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial review process for the entire customer base.
- You will direct Associate support for data gathering, but you will be responsible for the analysis, knowing exactly what red flags to look for in financial statements.
- You won't just analyze high-level trends; you will actively manage the monthly financial review process, lead diligence on flagged accounts, and own the operational compliance stack.

Requirements
- You have experience manually reviewing financial statements, identifying risk factors, and writing credit memos or loan modification justifications.
- You are comfortable getting on the phone with a CFO to ask hard questions.
- Familiarity with the mechanics of lending operations, including KYB/KYC regulations, UCC lien perfection, and compliance management.
- Proven experience leveraging data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyze portfolios.

Nice to have
- 3-7 years of experience in commercial lending, credit risk, or portfolio management (Asset-Based Lending or Working Capital experience is highly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
