Support customer, stakeholder, and expert interviews by preparing guides, capturing findings, and synthesizing themes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support workshops, project planning, scoping, and client-ready strategic outputs.
Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including interview support, data gathering, and synthesis into actionable insights.

The Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, behavioral science, digital, data, and AI/ML to support work from strategy through market testing.

Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative inputs and translating findings into presentations, reports, or strategic recommendations.
Experience supporting client workshops, requirements gathering, or alignment sessions with documented outcomes or decisions.
Experience with design thinking, foresight, future thinking, or co-creation methods in client or project settings.

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $120,000.
