Responsibilities

- The EIT position is intended for a broad land development and public works professional, with experience across site civil design, permitting, and project delivery.
- This role involves all aspects of site and infrastructure design projects from inception through planning, design, and support of construction efforts for a wide variety of public- and private-sector clients all across the state of Florida.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil/site development, preferably in Florida
- Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 2 years
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or have the ability to obtain within a year of employment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in editing Specifications
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects
Nice to have
- GIS experience and familiarity with permitting processes (e.g., ADEC, municipal codes)
- Experience with subdivision design, commercial site planning, and public infrastructure
