The EIT position is intended for a broad land development and public works professional, with experience across site civil design, permitting, and project delivery.
This role involves all aspects of site and infrastructure design projects from inception through planning, design, and support of construction efforts for a wide variety of public- and private-sector clients all across the state of Florida.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil/site development, preferably in Florida
Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 2 years
Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or have the ability to obtain within a year of employment
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficiency in editing Specifications
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects

GIS experience and familiarity with permitting processes (e.g., ADEC, municipal codes)
Experience with subdivision design, commercial site planning, and public infrastructure
