About the role

  • Junior Vertical Seller-Utilities (Power Generation) Houston/Dallas/Austin - Texas About Grace You'll be joining Grace Technologies, a global leader in electrical safety and predictive maintenance solutions.
  • Grace products are used in more than 60 countries across critical industrial and infrastructure environments.
  • You will work with utility engineering, operations, maintenance, reliability, and electrical safety teams to understand customer challenges and recommend Grace solutions that improve safety, compliance, reliability, and uptime.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a closely related technical field
  • Approximately three or more years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, applications engineering, field engineering, business development, or another customer-facing technical role
  • Experience working with industrial, electrical, utility, power generation, automation, maintenance, or reliability applications
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, product, and channel teams

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or supporting electrical, automation, controls, monitoring, instrumentation, safety, or industrial technology products
  • Familiarity with power generation facilities, electric utilities, water utilities, industrial plants, or critical infrastructure
  • Basic understanding of electrical panels, control systems, switchgear, motor control centers, or industrial electrical equipment
  • Exposure to SCADA systems, industrial communication protocols, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance technologies
  • Experience working with distributors, engineering firms, EPCs, system integrators, or OEMs
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation.
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pricing, quotes, and discounts.

Compensation

  • $100k-$140k
