About the role
- Configure and test the solutions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Address and resolve challenging client issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate project status updates to management.
Responsibilities
- In this position, you'll have the opportunity to manage projects, lead software implementations, and help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Manage project timelines and effectively handle multiple client assignments simultaneously.
- Maintain complete client satisfaction throughout implementation projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
- Exposure or experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell and/or automation platforms (iPaaS).
- Exposure or experience with Asset Management software and practices
Skills
- Strong project management knowledge, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong facilitation skills to advise clients.
Compensation
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed (1-2 times annually).
