Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all Maintenance Excellence practices, policies, and procedures are followed. Utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of current labor agreement and applicable government regulations.
  • Proactively support continuous improvement activities.
  • As a Maintenance Supervisor I/II for Greenheck Group you will support corporate objectives by ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities, maximizing uptime, and minimizing disruptions.
  • Effectively manage the maintenance team, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of the organization's operations.
  • Utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain work areas to meet or exceed company safety practices and housekeeping standards.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of labor agreements (where applicable) and regulations.
  • Lead audits for compliance and quality standards.
  • Drive cross-training programs and maintain skill matrix.

Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
  • The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
  • Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
  • Then, execute the weekly schedule making adjustments as required.
  • Assure mechanics and technicians have the required training and skill sets for the work being performed.
  • Ensure safety practices are executed, including the use of protective equipment as required.
  • Stay informed of new developments in maintenance and safety technology and implement as required.

Nice to have

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in maintenance required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
  • 2 Year / associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • 4 Year / bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in relation to industrial manufacturing
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in maintenance required.
  • 4-6 years of relevant leadership experience required.

Compensation

  • Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of, our total rewards program.
  • The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731 - $117,552 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
