About the role

- Votre environnement de travail: Le siège du programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est situé à Mirabel, dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal, à deux pas de la ville dynamique de Montréal.

Responsibilities
- Support the Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance objectives of projects.
- Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
- Manage and control the project scope throughout its lifecycle.
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan).
- Establish and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, methods, quality, procurement, and suppliers.
- Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Nice to have
- A PMP certification is an asset.
- You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- You have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high level of teamwork ability.
- You are organized, have excellent time management skills, and are self-motivated.
- Ideally, you have experience and an interest in the aerospace industry.
- You are perfectly comfortable communicating in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
