About the role
- In this role, the person is responsible for guiding and directing the pursuit team throughout the proposal development process while implementing and adhering to proposal development best practices.
- As a player-coach, the Proposal Manager contributes to the proposal by drafting, editing, and proofreading the proposal to ensure the response is compliant and compelling.
- You'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals who are passionate about what they do.
Requirements
- Must have 10 years of experience supporting proposal and business activities
- Must have experience leading low complexity efforts as a Proposal Manager
- Must be able to step in and support volume writers with content creation
- Experience using collaboration software, such as SharePoint
- Knowledge of industry-specific requirements and standards
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams
- Must be able to travel throughout the WMA as required
- Travel up to 10% may be required outside the WMA
