About the role
- JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.
- May directly supervise materials coordinators and/or analysts.
Responsibilities
- Manages multiple SCM roles and responsibilities
- Manages multiple and competing demands in the area of functional responsibility and the organization
- Manage 3 Material Supervisors and 60 hourly employees
Nice to have
- 6 years of Supply Change Management experience
- Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge
- Strong leadership / planning / negotiation / problem solving / delegation and presentation skills
- PC software knowledge & skills.
- Strong financial skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
