Requirements
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences-from technical experts to business stakeholders-in both intimate settings and large-scale presentations
- Typically requires Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent
- Knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and applications
- Working knowledge of packet captures - how to read and decipher

- The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SaaS solutions including Meetings, Video, Voice, Contact Center, and ISV integrations.
- Competitive (Microsoft, Amazon, RingCentral, 8x8, Cisco) &/or legacy on-premise systems knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in customer facing technical role is preferred
