About the role
- Partnering closely with Technology and UX teams, and monitoring KPIs and team velocity, the Sr.
- Product Manager is accountable for the prioritization, execution, and delivery of Provider Directory solutions that meet market needs for our clients.
- This is a strategic role that will heavily focus on the commercialization and market expansion of DataSpring's existing Directory offering to health plans.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product lead for new and existing products; partnering with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
- Support the development of user persona workflows and solution journey maps to inform product design and prioritization.
- Lead and develop contracted resources through influence, coaching, and ongoing guidance to maximize individual effectiveness and overall team performance without direct reporting authority.
- Interface with Technology and UX teams to decompose features and functionality that deliver value outlined in the strategic business case.
- Support go-to-market and product launch initiatives (pilots, PoC, etc.) in conjunction with Product Strategist and Enterprise Strategy teams.
- Collaborate with Strategic and Technical (PMO, InfoSec, Data Science, Tech Ops, and Architecture) teams to support the execution of the product roadmap.

- 7+ years managing healthcare technology products.
- 5+ years in product development / product management.
- Experience with SAFe agile and pragmatic development approaches preferred.
- Familiarity with the provider directory and provider data vendor landscape.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Degrees in healthcare administration, public health, or technology disciplines preferred.
