Responsibilities
- As we continue to grow and lead the industry, we ensure you have the resources and the team behind you to move your career forward.
Requirements
- Assigns body technician(s) to specific jobs as required.
- Orders parts & arranges sublet repairs with vendors when required for each RO.
- Completes appraisals and supplements as required within 24 hours of delivery.
- Replace on all appraisals Adheres to all required Insurance procedures, guidelines and programs.
- The physical demands of your job must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Compensation
- Hourly: $29 - $33 per hour Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

- The Repair Planner's primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while consistently completing accurate collision appraisals of the repair plan for insurance and customer vehicles.
- The Repair Planner plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer experience by ensuring each appraisal accurately outlines the required repairs and ensures a profitable and quality repair while working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.
