About the role
- You'll help architect the shared platforms and workflows that power our end-to-end sales and delivery pipelines and shape the norms of a growth engineering function at a pivotal moment in Decagon's growth.
- Your work will be instrumental in ensuring Decagon is able to continue to scale rapidly and successfully in a large, competitive market.
- Our work is currently concentrated around business operations & strategy, growth marketing data pipelines, account identification and scoring, and internal sales tooling for our GTM team.
Responsibilities
- We're building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships.
- You will own projects from identifying the pain point and first prototype through production operation and retrospectives on effectiveness.

- The growth team is a 0 to 1, high-leverage team within the Founders' Office bridging sales, marketing, business operations, and engineering.
