- This role is responsible for supporting the internal team with all aspects of CRE debt and CRE debt-backed structured securities valuation and risk advisory work.
- Client interaction, data management, and other ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
- Team player & ability to multi-task and cross-train as needed based on business demands and performance
- At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.
Nice to have
- Experience in Structured Finance including CMBS, CRE mortgages preferred
- Strong technical skills and practical experience, with an understanding of mortgage and/or fixed income cash flow and valuation concepts preferred
- Additional skills preferred, not required: use of Bloomberg, and Intex or Trepp models
