About the role

  • PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of the company's Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments.
  • Through paid hands-on training, the selected candidate will monitor projects from foundation through final turnover, ensuring compliance with program standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
  • By conducting plan reviews, coordinating critical stage inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and proactively addressing field issues, this position directly reduces rework, improves efficiency, and safeguards project margins.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint
  • Support the Field Operations Department with daily pre-drywall and final inspections, as needed

Requirements

  • Must be personable, well-groomed, articulate, and able to convey technical information in plain language
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as require
  • Must have reliable transportation (Gas/Vehicle Allowance included)
  • Must be able to work outside during summer high temperatures
  • Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
  • Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crawl, and lift
  • Ability to work on ladders (up to 30') and hand/power tools
  • Ability to frequently lift and move 50 pounds unassisted

Nice to have

  • Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (i.e. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1)
  • OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus

Compensation
