About the role
- PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of the company's Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments.
- Through paid hands-on training, the selected candidate will monitor projects from foundation through final turnover, ensuring compliance with program standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- By conducting plan reviews, coordinating critical stage inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and proactively addressing field issues, this position directly reduces rework, improves efficiency, and safeguards project margins.
Responsibilities
- Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint
- Support the Field Operations Department with daily pre-drywall and final inspections, as needed

Requirements
- Must be personable, well-groomed, articulate, and able to convey technical information in plain language
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
- Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as require
- Must have reliable transportation (Gas/Vehicle Allowance included)
- Must be able to work outside during summer high temperatures
- Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crawl, and lift
- Ability to work on ladders (up to 30') and hand/power tools
- Ability to frequently lift and move 50 pounds unassisted
Nice to have
- Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (i.e. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1)
- OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus
Compensation
