Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred.

Audit existing processes to identify and eliminate sources of inefficiency, rework, and waste
Establish and standardize operating procedures for new and redesigned processes, ensuring they are repeatable and transferable
Built an end-to-end ordering tool for buyers.
Automated purchase order creation in NetSuite.
Developed an ice inventory and safety stock tool.
Streamlined the replacement upload process with Technology.
Created a Food Cost re-forecasting process with Finance and Culinary.
Optimized the logistics network.
Reduced inventory adjustments through a cross-functional improvement initiative.
3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, Management Consulting, or a related field.
Advanced analytical skills with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
Strong SQL skills.
