As a Senior Product Manager on the Copilot team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI assistant product embedded in Front's inbox - the central place where teams triage, collaborate, and resolve high-stakes customer communication.
Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration
Partner deeply with engineering and design to drive outcomes, and collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners (including marketing, data, sales and GTM).
Drive clarity and alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives and adjacent teams.

You are a champion of the customer and can ship product improvements that address key customer pain points and bring delight.
you know how to make smart trade-offs
7+ years of experience in product management, or related roles, in a technology-driven environment.
