About the role

This role serves as a key integrator across sales, product, marketing, operations, and channel leadership teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth initiatives.
Salary Range: $126,910.00 - $208,495.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.

Serve as a central point of coordination across channel leadership, sales, product, marketing, operations, and enterprise partners.
Drive alignment on strategic priorities and business objectives across stakeholder groups.
Establish and maintain operating rhythms that support prioritization, decision-making, accountability, and execution.
Lead and advance strategic growth initiatives aligned with Principal Owner channel priorities and advisor success.
Drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices that improve organizational effectiveness.

7-10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor distribution, consulting, business strategy, or related leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of advisor distribution, wealth management, practice management, recruiting, and field operations.

Experience developing performance management frameworks and utilizing analytics to drive business outcomes.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
