About the role
- Responsible for the safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool facility, and supervision of aquatics staff.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor programming and schedules for waterpark operation
- Develop detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives
- Perform supervisory tasks of a team, including resolving conflict, coaching, and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management
- Prepare, design, order, and distribute marketing material for Waterpark
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Waterpark & Activities

Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
