Responsibilities
- Perform a daily inventory of products in the processing area at beginning of the
- shift to maintain 72/24 hour storage regulations.
- Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
- Must perform any other assignment by a Supervisor or Foreman.
Requirements
- The individual will be required to obtain and maintain NYS AG+MKTS broken seal certification and assist with HTST system inspections.
- They must have the ability to CIP all tanks, lines, and equipment associated with processing.
- Will be required to perform assigned sanitary PM tasks monthly.
