Responsibilities
- Support breakfast, lunch, pool, banquet, and special event service.
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Help create a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.
- create places people genuinely love to stay, dine, gather, and work.
- This position supports food production across multiple outlets, including The Sun Room, Dawn Café, Pool Service, and private events.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Tennessee Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Nice to have
- Previous line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume kitchen preferred.
