Responsibilities
- Strategy, roadmap, and execution for core shared platform capabilities, including conversational AI and chat, report building, navigation and information architecture, search, notifications, identity and user management, shared workflows, cross-product experiences, and product language and interaction standards.
- Proactive identification of opportunities to expand reusable platform capabilities, simplify complex workflows, and improve consistency across the platform, driving investments independently that strengthen the customer experience and let Product Leads move faster.
