Plan, prioritize, and assign work to support schedules and operational objectives.
Manage workforce, equipment, materials, and budget resources effectively.
Support hiring, alignment, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement strategic work center planning including quality and workflow processes, tools, equipment acquisition/repair/maintenance, workforce, and budgetary management for all area shops utilizing significant independent discretion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Develop approaches for planning, fabrication support, testing, and evaluation where complex problems require original solutions.

$137,790 - $204,216 Annually
$137,790 - $168,732 Annually for the 390.1 level
$166,740 - $204,216 Annually for the 390.2 level
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting; pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.
