About the role
- As a member of our team, you will provide insight and innovative solutions to ensure the successful construction of our commercial and residential.
- The Carpenter is also responsible for general site maintenance and clean-up as needed.

Responsibilities
- Adherence to building code and corporate safety requirements on all sites
- Perform touch ups and repairs on subtrade deficiencies
- Perform frame checks and mechanical checks
- Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Carpenter selected will be responsible for the completion of carpentry work and quality management, ensuring the compliance with local building code and company safety policy.
Requirements
- Experience in residential framing
- Experience in finish carpentry is an asset
- Candidate must have excellent time management skills, have the ability to prioritize work and be results driven
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong understanding of quality standards
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Other tasks as required by the site foreman / site superintendent
