Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's time and commitments, ensuring focus on high-impact items.
- Manage and draft communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, internal updates, and external correspondence where needed.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Support the execution of key initiatives by coordinating across departments and ensuring accountability.
- Maintain and optimize internal systems and workflows, including HRIS modules (Rippling).
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and organization.

- 3+ years of experience supporting an executive, preferably a CEO or founder.
- Strong systems aptitude with experience managing and improving tools and workflows
- Rippling experience a plus.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $85,000 per year (USD)
