About the role
- Amp ( amp10.ai ) is the AI hiring team for high-volume frontline employers.

Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure systems that can be implemented quickly through AI-assisted coding with strong oversight.
- Partner with stakeholders to define the roadmap.
- From the initial UX wireframe to the CI/CD pipeline and InfoSec hardening, you own the feature lifecycle.
- Ensure that what we build isn't just functional, but intuitive.
- You understand InfoSec deeply enough to audit and validate AI-generated code.
- You understand how to deploy and monitor what you build. "It works on my machine" is not in your vocabulary.
- We're building the AI hiring team for high-volume frontline employers.
- Amp is the AI hiring team that screens candidates, coordinates interviews, manages scheduling, and follows through to close.
- Amp delegates the work, but the customer owns the decisions: who advances, who gets hired, what the bar is.
- The result: the human team focuses on the strategic, high-judgment work that drives business impact.
