About the role
- / Essential Functions Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, and prequalification packages.
- Review and track MEP submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate MEP/FP design documents for constructability and system integration.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings with consultants, owners, and project teams.
- Support the development of MEP schedules and sequencing in coordination with project teams.
- Collaborate with commissioning agents to verify system performance and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with M/E/P design, commissioning, and construction.
Skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects or tasks at once.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Proactive and innovative problem solver.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry.
Compensation
- $127,000 - $160,000 The M/E/P Manager provides technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering.
