About the role

The mission of the team is to accelerate agent development and provide a friction-less experience for agents to interact with federated data sources.

As a senior engineer you will be responsible to deliver mission-critical capabilities that meet rigorous functional and quality requirements on schedule.
You will also drive the engineering effort to architect and evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of the agents.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of development lifecycles for projects utilizing programming languages and frameworks like Scala, Python, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.
Solid experience with API Development, and experience in designing and building MCP server.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and their application in designing scalable software architectures.
We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).
Strong ability in Algorithmic Thinking to design and optimize solutions for complex ML and Agentic systems.
Proven ability to lead Team Collaboration within a software development team and mentor junior engineers.
Strong skills in verbal and written communications.

$140,000 - $210,000 CAD
