- Job Description EnviroLogix is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and drive efficient hiring decisions.
- Utilize Workday Recruiter to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting activity.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Deliver qualified candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Contribute to the successful hiring of key talent that supports EnviroLogix's strategic objectives.

Nice to have

- Ensure recruiting processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels within an organization.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Workday Recruiter experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
