- As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's financial decision-making process through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- experience with financial software (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
