About the role
- This role is responsible for coordinating service activities, managing truck and trailer parts inventory, maintaining accurate repair records, and ensuring efficient communication between mechanics, vendors, and internal departments.

- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, previous experience in a service or parts environment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Work closely with Mechanics and Service Coordinators to ensure parts are available for scheduled and emergency repairs.
- Review all open service work orders and ensure labour, parts, and associated costs are accurately recorded.
- Assist in planning daily repair and maintenance schedules and coordinate trucks requiring service.
- Review incoming parts orders and schedule equipment for installation accordingly.
- Prepare customer invoices and process repair deductions as required.
- Monitor Out-of-Service (OOS) truck and trailer reports and follow up to ensure timely repairs.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
