Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational execution while managing multiple priorities.

Master's degree preferred.
Experience supporting leaders in operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or another fast-paced environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
