About the role
- This role involves assisting in the execution and coordination of key programs, promoting an inclusive workplace culture, and furthering the organization's DEI objectives.
- Assist in the development and coordination of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Conduct comprehensive research on DEI topics, emerging trends, and best practices to inform the development of internal programs and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee large-scale internal programs and events, such as mentorship initiatives, culture-building activities and book clubs, workshops, and other employee engagement efforts.

Requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, adapt easily, and think creatively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various constituencies both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Canva, and other project management tools).
- Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
