About the role
- Job Responsibilities Type contracts and change orders.
- Submit shop drawings after being reviewed by the project manager, and distribute shop drawings once it is approved, for coordination reason request that the project manager provide a list of additional recipients of a specific submittal.
- Gather subcontractor warranties per contracts and purchase orders and provide to owner.
Requirements
- Type monthly invoices, including lien waivers, sworn statements and other required documents.
Nice to have
- Construction management: 3 years (Preferred)
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
