Responsibilities
- We build software that directly controls how money moves at scale.
- What we're building will define how a generation of owners runs their businesses.
- We hire exceptional people who want to build hard things and see their work matter immediately.
- Foster 1:1 relationships: Build personal connections with attendees, becoming a trusted connector and resource in the community.
- Partner with Flex's marketing, sales, and data teams to align messaging, share community insights, and optimize attribution strategies.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in investing, business owner support, partnerships, or ecosystem/community-building roles.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Affinity) and applying attribution strategies.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a founder, operator, or in a startup community role.
- Work on real money, real risk - Payments, credit, and banking at serious scale.
- Solve hard problems - AI, underwriting, compliance, and global finance from first principles.
