- This role plays a critical part in managing technology investments, procurement activities, contract administration, financial reporting, and vendor relationships that enable the successful delivery of IT initiatives across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Drive Financial Excellence.
- Support Technology Innovation.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and procurement activities.
- Support vendor governance through contract management, renewals, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and help optimize IT spending.
- Maintain and track IT contracts, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
