About the role
- The role starts as a hybrid of field engineering and construction management and grows into a full construction-management seat as the program scales.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a starting crew of two to three installers across Paragon HVAC installs / replacements, supply/return/exhaust duct, low-voltage controls scopes, and some third-party equipment.
- CaptiveAire is launching a CaptiveAire-employed, self-performing install crew to deliver turnkey national-account HVAC installations under our own quality system.
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel on demand.
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong, independent problem-solving and the judgment to run a jobsite.
- Willingness and ability to travel on demand. Travel is fully covered.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus tied to regional profitability and your own results.
Nice to have
- CaptiveAire product and quality knowledge preferred
- 4-year technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, or construction curriculum preferred
- 2-5yr experience preferred
- Field-engineering, construction-management, or superintendent experience on commercial HVAC / mechanical projects preferred
- Preferred Skills:
Skills
- Experience building or scaling field teams.
- National-account or multi-site rollout experience.
- Controls/BAS, commissioning, and air-balancing exposure.
- HVAC installation experience.

Company info
- Coordinate with the Key Accounts Manager, project teams, and customers to keep installs on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Provide field-engineering and technical support for customers during install downtime, based in Tampa FL.
